Tinctures are made by grinding up cannabis buds and placing them into a container with high proof alcohol and allowing it to “steep” for about a week before filtering out the grind from. The resulting liquid (Tincture) usually keeps in the cannabinoids like THC, and hence a flavoring agent is mostly added to make the consumption more enjoyable.
