CannaEra extends the following return policies.

Cannabis Products

CannaEra offers a 7-day return policy on all cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product for a full refund or exchange provided that the product is in its original packaging, unopened with intact excised stamp.

Receipt of purchase is required. Customers will be refunded via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Cannabis Products

Free Returns! Unopened and unused non-cannabis products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Sale/discounted items are final sale.

Note: Online orders cannot be returned in-store and must be mailed back to us.
